01Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account, browsing the store, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.

02Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from Puffkey. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits, redeem promotions repeatedly, or evade a prior suspension.

03What You Are Buying

Puffkey sells digital licence keys, gift card codes, and prepaid subscription terms. You are buying a code that unlocks a product on a third-party platform. You are not buying the underlying game, service, or platform account itself.

Activation, ongoing access, and support for the underlying product are governed by that platform's own terms. We do not control whether a publisher revokes, changes, or discontinues a product after activation.

Region restrictions, platform requirements, and edition details are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm a product works for your region and platform before purchasing.

04Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time before you complete an order. The price that applies is the one displayed when your payment is authorised.

We make every effort to price accurately. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than fulfil it.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges your bank or card issuer applies.

05Delivery

In-stock codes are delivered on the order confirmation screen and by email, normally within seconds of payment clearing.

Some orders are held briefly for fraud review. If a review delays delivery, we will tell you by email. If we cannot complete a review, we cancel the order and refund in full.

Delivery is to the email address on your account. Keeping that address current and accessible is your responsibility.

06Acceptable Use

Do not resell, redistribute, or bulk-purchase codes for commercial resale without written permission.

Do not use stolen payment instruments, attempt chargeback fraud, or use automated tools to purchase stock.

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended or closed, and pending orders cancelled.

07Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the store.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

08Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is implicated in fraudulent activity, or is required to be closed by law.

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not cancel obligations for orders already placed, and does not entitle you to a refund of codes already delivered.

09Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puffkey is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We would rather resolve a problem directly than through a formal process. Contact us first and we will try to reach a fair outcome before either party escalates.
